Mecca: The well of Zam zam is believed to be from the time of Abraham. Its water is considered holy, it has never dried up, and demand for it continues to increase.
The well supplies thousands of taps across the Holy Mosque in Mecca. It is bottled and sent across the world. Al Jazeera’s Mohammed Adow visited the well.
